Dr. David Pruit

David Pruitt provides leadership on legal affairs, business development, risk management, and innovative finance initiative at viIMMUNE.

He advises the board of directors and CEO on governance and strategy, and he is responsible for structuring collaboration with industry and public sector partners.

David has over 12 years of experience working in banking institutions as a strategy planner. He also works as a general counsel for business and legal affairs.

He holds a BA from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Niagara University, and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
